Objectives of the Melanoma Network

The objectives of the Network are:

To advocate for the development of melanoma services
To promote and facilitate consistent, high quality evidence-based clinical care for melanoma across the health system
To develop and support information systems that address the quality of melanoma care
To promote and conduct research for the improvement of the quality of melanoma care
To improve the quality of, and access to, undergraduate, postgraduate or continuing education programs on melanoma care
To improve community awareness of services to prevent or care for melanoma in the state
To establish processes for accreditation and credentialling of service providers involved in the care of melanoma
